Rule #6: If you can count to ten, then you know the answers to multiples of nine. The answers for multiples of nine form a pattern. Once you know about the pattern it is easy to figure out the answers between 9 X 0 and 9 X 10. All you need to do is count from 0 forward for the first number and from 9 backward for the second number. Take the example 9 X 3. Count forward three times 0, 1, 2 and backward three times 9, 8, 7. The answer is 27!
