Rule #7: The Commutative Property of Multiplication states that the order of the numbers does not affect the product. Example: a X b = b X a. This means that if you know that 4 X 5 = 20 then you also know 5 X 4 = 20. If you know this rule it almost cuts the rest of the table in half.
